BELGIN RELISH SALAD | |
1 can white corn 1 can yellow corn 1 can French green beans 1 can peas 1 red pepper or tomato 1 green pepper 1 c. celery 1 med. onion 1/3 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. salad oil Drain all canned ingredients; chop peppers, celery, and onion. Combine with corn, beans, and peas. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, and salad oil; pour over and toss lightly. Chill; toss again before serving. |
