CORN RELISH OR SALAD 
4 cans whole grain corn
2 green peppers
1 1/2 red peppers or lg. jar pimento
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
3 lg. onions
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Chop or grind coarse onions and peppers. Mix all ingredients together. Bring to boil and boil 15 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes about 5 pints. Recipe can easily be cut in half.
