CORN RELISH SALAD | |
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. diced celery 1/4 c. chopped onion 4 oz. jar pimentos, drained and diced 1/3 c. salad oil 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients and chill. Makes 4 servings. About 260 calories per serving. |
