MOCHA VELVET TORTE 
1 (12 oz.) Sara Lee pound cake
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (2 oz.) pkg. Dream Whip
1 1/4 c. cold milk (scant)
1 tsp. vanilla

Slice cake lengthwise in 4 slices, so it becomes a layer cake. Chill bowl and beater. Whip all ingredients at high speed until thickened, spread on layers (2 + big spoons on each layer), then cover all outside surfaces of cake. Chill overnight, serves 6 to 8.
