MOCHA WALNUT TORTE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. brownie mix
1/4 c. water
2 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 eggs
1/2 c. English walnuts
1/2 c. brown sugar

Stir the eggs and water into the brownie mix and beat 50 strokes by hand. Add the walnuts. Bake in 2 round cake pans which have been lined with wax paper and then greased. Bake as directed on the brownie box. Cool in the pans. Remove 1 layer from the pan and remove the wax paper. Place on a serving plate. Whip the cream and add the brown sugar and instant coffee. Blend well. Spread between layers and on top and sides. Place whole nuts on top. Cut into small slices.
