POCHA MOCHA WALNUT TORTE 
2 pkgs. brownie mix
1/2 c. walnuts
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Add nuts to brownie mix and prepare according to directions in 2 or 3 cake pans.

TOPPING: Combine cream, vanilla, coffee and sugar in chilled bowl. Whip until firm peaks appear. Use as frosting between and outside brownie layers. Decorate with walnut halves and refrigerate overnight (to soften) before serving.
