CHOCOLATE - PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. butter
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat at low speed until crumbly. Press crumbs into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake crust 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool 2-3 minutes. Spread with filling.

Sprinkle 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips over all and put back in oven for 2 minutes to soften chocolate. Spread evenly with spatula. Cool and cut.
