BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
Broccoli
Cauliflower
2 cans cream of celery soup
Onions
Shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Seasoned croutons (crushed up to sm. bits)

Steam with onions one head of cauliflower and broccoli. Cut them up in small flowerettes. Strain water. Place in casserole dish and alternate broccoli and cauliflower scoops of celery soup, shredded cheddar and Mozzarella cheese and the seasoned croutons. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and soup is bubbling.
