CHICKEN OVER CHINESE NOODLES 
3-4 c. diced cooked chicken
1 sm. can peas, drained
1 sm. jar pimento (cut up)
1 tsp. minced onion, dried or fresh
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 c. white sauce
4 tbsp. salad dressing

Make white sauce; then add all other ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve over Chinese noodles.

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
2 c. milk

In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, stirring until a paste consistency. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thickened.
