CORN FRITTERS 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 egg

Put all the above in a bowl and mix until all egg is stirred in. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder heaped--add flour a small amount at a time. Mix. Add enough flour until it stays in a teaspoon. Drop by teaspoons in hot oil until brown on bottom side. Flip and brown the other side. Drain on paper towel. This makes them in round balls.

If you want them flat (I prefer them this way) put them in a frying pan and brown them on both sides.
