CHINESE NOODLE HOT DISH 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion
1 can water
1 can mushroom, optional
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown ground beef with onion; add soups, water and 1/2 can of noodles. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Add rest of the noodles and bake for 10 minutes more.
