CHOW MEIN NOODLE HOT DISH | |
2 lbs. ground beef 2 c. chow mein noodles 1 can Veg-All (use liquid too) 1 can water chestnuts, sliced 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 6 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can mushrooms (sliced) 3 stalks celery (chopped) 1 med. onion (chopped) Bake in buttered casserole for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Sprinkle a few noodles on top and dot with butter before baking. |
