NOODLE DISH 
1 lg. size stalk of celery, diced
1 stick butter
2 lb. lean ground beef
3 lb. onions, diced
2 lg. green peppers, diced
1 jar red pimentos, diced
3 cans Campbells tomato soup, undiluted
1 lg. can buttered mushrooms
1 pkg. fine egg noodles, cooked as directed on package
Garlic, sugar, salt and pepper to taste

In big pan simmer celery with water to cover until tender. In skillet put butter, ground beef, onion, pimentos, green peppers, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper; fry until light brown. Add to celery and water the tomato soup and ground beef ingredients. Simmer all together for about 20 minutes. Now cook and drain egg noodles. Then you can add the noodles to the celery and ground beef, or you can put the celery and ground beef over noodles on a plate.
