CHICKEN SALAD WITH CHINESE
NOODLES
 
2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1/2 c. sliced & cubed celery
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise + 1/4 c. sour cream mixed as dressing

At serving add toasted, slivered almonds, 1 can dry Chinese noodles, 1 can sliced water chestnuts. Toss all together and serve over shredded lettuce.
