CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 head cabbage 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced 2 cups cooked chicken breasts 3 to 4 tsp. roasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced 1 small pkg. sliced almonds 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles DRESSING: 1/2 cup salad oil 1 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Mix shredded cabbage, green onions, chicken, sesame seeds, almonds. Pour dressing over all, sprinkle with noodles. May substitute Ramen noodles with dry chow mein noodles. May double ingredients for dressing. Serves 4 to 6. |
