SAUCE: 2 c. ketchup 1 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 c. dried onion flakes 1 med. size onion Salt & pepper A large rack or 2 small onces, cut into 2 ribs each or if desired into large flat pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice onion over meat and bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour to brown. Then pour the sauce with the rest of the ingredients over the ribs and continue to bake for 1 1/2 hours. Turn every so often. |
