CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE
FROSTING
 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into a well greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until done.

FROSTING:

1 c. skim milk, evaporated
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement
2 oz. melted baking chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
3 tbsp. water

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook, stirring constantly, over boiling water until thick. Cool. Beat to spreading consistency. Frost cake.
