CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH FUDGE
FROSTING
 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan. Mix ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING (pour over hot cake) :
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Boil for 2 minutes, remove from heat and add: 1 tsp. vanilla
