CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING 
1 sq. (1 oz.) baking chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped nuts

In 4 cup glass measure or microproof mixing bowl place chocolate, sugar, milk, butter and salt. Cook on high (maximum power) for 2-2 1/2 minutes, or until chocolate is melted. Stir to mix. Cook on high (maximum power) 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Add vanilla and beat with electric mixer until frosting is almost cool. Add nuts and beat until spreading consistency.
