MEATLOAF ROLLS WITH BACON 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. shredded cheese
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
12 strips bacon

Combine ingredients except bacon. Mix well. Divide in half and shape in 11 inch roll. Place 6 strips bacon on waxed paper as aid as roll is wrapped in bacon. Cut into 6 patties. Secure bacon ends with toothpicks. Place on broiler rack. Broil 7 inches from heat source for 6 minutes. Turn patties over and broil for 3 minutes. Whole beef rolls can be baked at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
