7 LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 lb. of bacon
1 sm. cauliflower (or 3/4 med.)
1/2 red onion
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise only
6 tbsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese

Cut lettuce into cubes, spread over bottom of casserole dish. Fry bacon crispy and crumble over lettuce. Cut cauliflower into small bite size pieces and spread over lettuce and bacon. Chop into small bits and spread evenly. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
