SQUASH CORNBREAD CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. box Jiffy cornbread mix 1 c. sour cream 3 c. grated yellow squash 1 med. onion Salt and pepper to taste 1/8 c. butter Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into greased 9x9 inch pan. Cover with thin slices of butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
