4 c. Tostitos brand tortilla chips
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. tomato with chilies
1 1/3 c. chicken broth
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. grated American cheese

Saute onion in oil. Add soup, tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer 5 minutes. In casserole layer 1/2 chicken, 1/2 Tostitos brand tortilla chips, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
