FIVE SOUP CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. ground meat
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 med. bag tortilla chips

Saute pepper, onion, and meat. Mix all soups, tomatoes, and milk; crush chips, add to soup mixture. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes covered, uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
