1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can Alphabet vegetable soup
1 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
5 potatoes, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown and drain meat. Add vegetable soup, onion soup mix, seasoning and potatoes. Place in casserole dish. Spread cream of mushroom soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
