CHICKEN CUTLETS MOZZARELLA 
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 c. prepared meatless spaghetti sauce
4 slices mozzarella cheese

Separate chicken breasts into 4 portions, pound and flatten slightly. Coat in bread crumbs and arrange around the sides of an 8 inch round baking dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes.

Pour 1/4 of the sauce over each portion. Place a slice of cheese on top of each portion and garnish with crumbs. Recover and cook on medium for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is hot and cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
