MOZZARELLA CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (I use boneless, skinless breasts; however, any cuts of chicken may be used)
1 sm. can Contadina tomato sauce
1/2 stick butter
Italian seasoning
Garlic salt
Mozzarella cheese, grated or shredded

Pam a glass baking dish. Place several pats of butter in dish. Sprinkle generously with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Place chicken in dish. Pour in 1/2 can of Contadina tomato sauce. Sprinkle with more seasoning. Cover with glass lid. Microwave on high about 10 minutes, or until chicken is done. Pour on remaining sauce. Top with cheese (enough to cover). Place under broiler until cheese is bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
