CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, deboned
1 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 sm. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. (7 or 8 oz.) pkg. nacho cheese chips, broken up

Melt butter, add soup and mix well. Add milk, butter and cheese, stir until melted. Add chicken, stir in chips. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
