BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. whole wheat flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 eggs, beaten well
2 c. honey
1 c. salad oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15-20 oz.) Raisin Bran
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together flour, soda and salt. In separate 4 quart bowl, mix eggs, 2 cups honey, 1 cup oil, 1 quart buttermilk 1 (15-20 ounce) box Raisin Bran and 1 cup chopped nuts. Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes in muffin pans. Bake all at once or refrigerate up to 6 weeks and use when you like.
