CHINESE MARINADE 
2 slices ginger, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced
2 scallions, chopped
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. MSG (optional)

Put all ingredients in a tightly closed container with your choice of chicken, beef, pork or seafood. Let marinate for 1 hour then drain meat and stir fry.
