JUDY'S GRANOLA 
6 c. rolled oats
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. sesame seed
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. vegetable oil

OPTIONAL:

Raisins
Choppe d dates
Chopped dried apricots
Currants, etc.

Heat oats in jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine all dry ingredients and mix. Combine all wet ingredients; blend and mix with dry ingredients and oats. Stir every 10 minutes until browned evenly. Cool, stir, and add fruit.
