BETTINA'S GRANOLA 
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. unsweetened coconut
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. wheat germ
2 c. rolled wheat or wheat bran
1 c. chopped dates or other dried fruit
1 c. chopped walnuts

Toast first 3 ingredients lightly in an oiled pan. Then mix all ingredients and store in a covered container.
