“PARTY SAUSAGE BALLS” IS IN:

PARTY SAUSAGE BALLS 
Great served hot or cold. Perfect for your next party!

1 lb. hot pork sausage (bulk)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (I use a sharp Cheddar)
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. hot sauce (I use Louisiana)

Let sausage come to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325°F.

With hands, combine sausage and cheese together in a bowl. Add Bisquick and blend in thoroughly. Roll into little marble-size balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.

Makes about 100 balls.
