CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled and boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
Frozen hash brown potatoes (optional)
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 c. shredded cheese for top
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Heat broccoli if frozen, or partially cook if fresh is used. Boil and bone chicken and layer in greased 11x14 inch baking dish, add layer of broccoli. Mix chicken soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice together and spread over boned chicken and broccoli. 1 1/2 cups frozen, thawed, hash browns mixed with soup mixture or spread over top (optional) Top with shredded cheese. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cooked turkey may be used in place of chicken.
