CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP | |
3 c. chopped potatoes 1/2 c. chopped carrots 1 chicken bouillon 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 c. water Dash of pepper 1 1/2 c. broccoli 1/4 to 1/2 lb. ham cubes 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 2 tbsp. flour in 1/2 c. milk Combine potatoes, carrots, bouillon, celery, parsley, onion, water, pepper and broccoli. Simmer 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in flour and milk mixture and cook until thick. Add Velveeta and ham and cook just until cheese melts. |
