ONION BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix or golden onion soup mix
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix with crumbs. Dip chops in eggs, then soup mix, coating well. Place in highly greased shallow baking pan and drizzle if desired with a little melted butter. Bake, turning once for 1 hour or until tender. Serves 8.
