ONION PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, center cut
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder as desired
2 med. onions, sliced
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. Spanish sauce or tomato paste
1/4 c. water
3 tsp. cooking wine

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat skillet or frying pan and brown chops in its own grease. Put aside.

Mix all sauces and water in skillet. Arrange chops in sauce. Cook each chop with two slices of onion. Pour wine over. Cover and cook for 45 minutes at low heat. Stir from time to time. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
