HEARTY CASSEROLE | |
1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 lb. ground chuck 1/2 lb. cheese, cubed 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked in 3 qt. salted water 1 tbsp. mustard 1 pkg. frozen corn 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can tomato soup Melt butter and onion; cook until transparent and meat is browned. Mix cheese, noodles, mustard, corn, etc. Stir in meat mixture, put in 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
