PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sm. shells macaroni
1 jar Extra Thick and Hearty Ragu sauce (any flavor)
1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 med. onion, sliced
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
12 oz. can sliced black olives
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced

Cook and drain macaroni. In large oven-proof baking dish, spread a thin layer of Ragu sauce. On top of sauce layer macaroni, another layer of sauce, sliced pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and black olives. Top with layer of cheese.

Add another layer of ingredients as above. Additional topping of shredded Mozzarella cheese is optional. Bake at 300 degrees about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.

Can be prepared ahead, refrigerated and baked just prior to serving. Also can be frozen.
