PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
6-8 c. cooked sm. shells or elbow macaroni
30 oz. spaghetti sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni slices

Saute first 4 ingredients in large skillet until meat is done. Add cooked pasta and sauce (reserve 1 cup of sauce). Mix. Fold into casserole dish. Top with sauce, cheese and pepperoni.

Bake until cheese bubbles and turns golden brown at 350 degrees. Optional: Hot Italian sausage can be substituted for beef. Pasta mixture can be layered with Ricotta cheese. The kids will love this dish!!
