PIZZA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. fettuccine, broken
3-4 oz. sliced pepperoni
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 of a 12 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Boil pasta; drain. Mix pasta, pepperoni sauce, 1/2 (6 ounce) shredded cheese and mushrooms. Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan lightly over mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot.
