STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground chuck
5 minced cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
1 lg. jar favorite spaghetti sauce
8 manicotti shells
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. Provolone cheese

Combine first six ingredients in skillet and brown. Drain and add spaghetti sauce (or can use 2 - 6 ounce cans tomato paste and 2 cups water). Simmer 45 minutes. Cook manicotti and drain. Combine remaining ingredients and stuff in shells. Put in 13"x9" pan. Pour meat sauce over manicotti and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Last 5 minutes top with more Provolone cheese if desired.
