STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan
8 manicotti shells (uncooked)
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. water
1/2 jar mushrooms
1 c. shredded mozzarella

Brown and drain meat and onion. Add oregano, garlic, salt, egg and Parmesan. Stuff into 8 manicotti shells, uncooked. Stir together tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and mushrooms, pour over shells. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over sauce, cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Take foil off last 5 minutes and add mozzarella.
