BECKY'S PORK FRIED RICE 
2 lb. sausage
6 c. cooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
1 can mushrooms
Soy sauce
S & B fried rice seasoning mix

Fry sausage, onion and mushrooms until done. Scramble the eggs and then add to the sausage mixture. Add seasoning mix to all the above. Put boiled rice in skillet and add a little sausage grease or oil to fry it until it is hot. Add enough soy sauce to turn rice brown and to taste. Then put rice and sausage mixture together. Ready to serve. Serves about 8-10.
