WON-TUN GILL-PORK FRIED RICE -
TWO PEOPLE
 
Cooked med. size pork chop
Cooked rice (1/3 c. uncooked)
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion (green onion if available)
3-4 eggs
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Soy sauce

Cook rice. Chop green pepper. Cut pork in small chunks. Chop onions. Saute pork, onions and peppers in cooking oil. Beat eggs and add to pork mixture. Cook until eggs are scrambled. Add cooked rice and soy sauce. Combine mixture while keeping warm. Serve with biscuits or cheesebread.
