3-4 med. sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Boil potatoes in peeling until tender. Peel and slice and place in casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until thick.
