BROCCOLI PARMESAN 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cloves garlic, unpeeled, minced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Split broccoli into flowerettes. Cut pieces no more than 3 inches long. Steam broccoli about 10 minutes or until bright green. Keep warm. Heat olive oil with garlic; remove garlic after 3 to 4 minutes. Pour hot oil over broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
