CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines deluxe yellow cake mix
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 (4 oz.) bar German chocolate, grated
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. Wesson oil
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. powdered sugar

Reserve 1/4 cup of grated chocolate for top.

Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, milk and eggs one at a time and beat until blended. Fold in grated chocolate and chips. Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Remove to cake rack and sprinkle with reserved chocolate and powdered sugar. Serves 12.
