PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH POTATO
FILLING
 
2 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs
4 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
7 slices dry bread, cubed
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. milk
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. thyme

Melt butter in skillet. Add onion and celery. Cook until soft, but not brown. Beat eggs in milk. Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until top browns.
