PINEAPPLE CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1/2 pt. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 tbsp. sugar

Dissolve Jello in water, break cheese into small pieces and stir in with eggbeater. Add pineapple and juice. Stir in nuts and Cool Whip. Pour into mold and congeal in refrigerator.
